About Kouragi

Do you accept credit cards?: We accept JCB/VISA/MasterCard/AMERICAN EXPRESS/Diners Club.
Please contact us for more details as we may not be able to accept cards other than the above or due to individual store conditions.
What time is the check-in and check-out time?: Check-in is available from 2:30pm on the day of your scheduled stay.
Also, check-out time is 10:30am the following morning.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out?: Yes, guests' luggage can be kept at the front desk.
What is the nearest airport?: It is Tajima Airport.
How do I get there from the airport?: It takes about 30 minutes by cab from Tajima Airport. Please check our Access page for details.
Is there a pick-up service?: No, there is no pick-up service. Koragi is located right in front of JR Shibayama station.
Is there a parking lot?: We have a free parking lot.
Can I stay with children?: Children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old (with toiletries and bedding) can stay at the hotel for a facility fee of 2500 yen (tax not included). A stay with breakfast for the above age group is 4,500 yen (tax not included).
Elementary school students who eat the same meals as adults will receive a 2000 yen discount on each course. Breakfast only: 6500 yen (tax not included), Saturday and Sunday: 7500 yen (tax not included).
We also provide yukata (Japanese bathrobe), hanten (traditional short winter coat), bath towels, and amenities for children.
* We do not provide lunch for children. We only prepare seats for them and have them eat with the adults.

About Facilities

Can I use the Internet?: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Is there a coffee shop or lounge?: Freshly ground coffee is available in the lobby lounge.
It is available from 8:30am to 10:00pm. In the evening, we serve whiskey and other alcoholic and soft drinks.
You are free to take a rest or read a book while listening to the music played from the B&O speakers.
Do you have vending machines for drinks and cigarettes?: We have vending machines for soft drinks, but no vending machines for alcohol or cigarettes.
For alcoholic beverages, please drink from the refrigerator in your room or call the front desk to order.
May I smoke in the hotel? Where is the non-smoking area?: No, you may not smoke inside the hotel. Some guest rooms are available for smoking, and smoking areas are located outside.Please refrain from smoking in all other places.
How can I store my valuables?: Each room is equipped with a safety deposit box.

About hot springs and main baths

Do you have a private bath?: Yes, there is an open-air bath for private use. Please make a reservation in advance or check the available time on the day.
Is there a bath in the guest rooms?: We have three special rooms with open-air baths. Please check with us when you make your reservation.
Are there any rooms with beds?: We have five Western-style rooms. Please ask when you make a reservation.
Is there a sauna in the bathroom?: We have a Metos dry sauna with a high temperature of 90 degrees Celsius, so please consider your own physical condition before using it.
Is it possible to use the hot spring while pregnant?: Our hot spring is a simple hot spring, so it is safe to take a bath even if you are pregnant.
Please refrain from bathing if you feel anemic or have palpitations or other health problems.

Miscellaneous

Cab arrangements: It may take some time to arrange a taxi, so please make a reservation as soon as you decide on the itinerary of your trip.
